In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "75bmw," "the Platform," "the Company," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the website 75bmw.win and all services offered therein.
• "Player," "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 75bmw platform.
• "Account" means the personal player account registered by you on the 75bmw platform.
• "Services" means all gaming, wagering, sports betting, and ancillary services offered through 75bmw.win.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance held in your 75bmw account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to your account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 75bmw. By completing the account registration process on the 75bmw platform, clicking "I agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism, or by using any part of the Services, you expressly and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the 75bmw platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 75bmw relating to the subject matter herein.

75bmw reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of the Services after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use 75bmw Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited;
• You are registering and using the platform for your own personal recreational use, not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 75bmw or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person;
• You have not been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from 75bmw or any affiliated gaming platform;
• You are not subject to any court order or legal restriction prohibiting you from engaging in online gaming activities;
• You are using your own funds and are not wagering on behalf of any other person.

75bmw reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 75bmw platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or identity documents — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

75bmw accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 75bmw does not accept cash deposits or deposits from anonymous or unverified payment sources.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 via GCash or Maya;
• Accepted payment methods include: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20;
• Deposits are generally credited to your 75bmw wallet within the processing time specified for each payment method;
• 75bmw does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently;
• 75bmw reserves the right to reject any deposit it deems suspicious or inconsistent with your account history and risk profile;
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once accepted into your 75bmw wallet — contact support immediately if an error occurs.

Withdrawal requests at 75bmw are subject to the completion of KYC identity verification and are processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in the player's verified name. 75bmw does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200;
• Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) to your verified GCash, Maya, or bank account;
• Processing times: GCash and Maya — same-day under normal conditions; bank transfers — same business day if submitted before 3:00 PM PHT;
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met;
• 75bmw reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits apply per account tier — consult the Help Center for current limits;
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending an ongoing security review, AML investigation, or pending KYC completion;
• 75bmw reserves the right to void winnings and/or suspend withdrawal processing where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, technical error exploitation, or other prohibited conduct.

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other promotional offers made available by 75bmw are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.

75bmw reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus at the time of cancellation will have their bonus honored under the originally stated terms, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

All games offered through the 75bmw platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game environment. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly provide otherwise.

• All game outcomes in slot and RNG-based titles are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the respective game providers.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical game elements (cards, balls, dice) under the oversight of trained croupiers in certified live studio environments.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 75bmw platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, winnings voided, and balances forfeited:

• Using any software, system, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage or to automate gameplay;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such instance must be reported to 75bmw support immediately;
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or to exploit promotional offers;
• Placing bets using funds derived from illegal sources or in furtherance of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, or allowing any third party to access or use your account;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversal requests on legitimate transactions;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the 75bmw platform, servers, or infrastructure;
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.

All content on the 75bmw platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, design elements, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 75bmw or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 75bmw platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or materials obtained through 75bmw without prior written consent from 75bmw.

75bmw collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 75bmw platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

75bmw implements technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. • Loss of winnings or data due to technical failures, server interruptions, or communications errors beyond 75bmw's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from your decision to participate in any game or wager;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Any action taken by 75bmw in good faith under these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture where there is reasonable evidence of a breach.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 75bmw's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

75bmw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, incomplete, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected engagement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• A valid request from a law enforcement authority or regulatory body;
• Cessation of operations in the relevant jurisdiction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 75bmw will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder via the registered contact details and will provide a reasonable opportunity to respond, except where disclosure would compromise the integrity of the investigation. Verified cash balances (excluding bonus funds) in suspended accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and internal policy upon conclusion of any investigation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 75bmw support via the in-platform live chat or email. Upon closure, any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified cash balances will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

75bmw reserves the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations as a player — 75bmw will provide reasonable advance notice via platform notification, email to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the 75bmw website.

Minor changes, including corrections, clarifications, and updates to reflect regulatory changes, may take effect immediately upon publication. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including their subject matter, formation, and validity — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 75bmw arising from the use of the platform, you are encouraged to first contact 75bmw customer support through the in-platform live chat to seek an informal resolution. 75bmw will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to 75bmw's support email. Should the dispute remain unresolved after the formal complaint process, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, located in Metro Manila.
